The Washington Water Authority Board of Directors voted on September 25, 2024 to increase the current water rates by $.37 per thousand gallons. The minimum bill for 0-1000 gallons will increase to $32.87. This increase is necessary to offset the cost of the rate increase imposed by our water supplier, Benton Washington Regional Public Water Authority. The effective date of this increase will be on the water bills mailed in December and will be due by 4:30 p.m. on January 8, 2025.
