Cross Connection Control Deadline

Reminder from WWA for commerical customers or residential customer who have an RPZ:

RPZ test results or proof of disconnection were due in the WWA office no later than August 1, 2025. Per Arkansas Department of Health rules, all RPZ devices must be tested annually--even if not in use. If it's no longer in use, it must be cut, capped, and inspected by WWA.

If you have not already done so, please submit test results or have your plumber obtain a permit and schedule a plumbing inspection no later than September 30, 2025, to avoid interruption of water service.
